How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@paweasehappypets.com with:
- Your order number (PAWEASE-XXXXXXXX)
- A brief description of the issue
That's it. You don't need to return the product.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What's Covered
- Product doesn't work as described
- Your dog won't use it after following the training guide
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Changed your mind (within 30 days of delivery)
What's Not Covered
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
- Normal wear and tear on replacement sandpaper surfaces (these are consumable items)
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 21 business days of your order date, email us and we'll make it right — either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no charge.
