PawEase™ is an online retail store selling pet care products, operated as an independent business. Our products are shipped from international fulfillment centers to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
2. Products
We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.
NailEase™ results may vary depending on your dog's breed, age, temperament, and training consistency. We provide a free training guide with every order to support best results.
3. Pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is final.
4. Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your card details.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@paweasehappypets.com with your order number. After 12 hours, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled — but you can still request a refund after delivery under our 30-Day Guarantee.
6. Shipping & Delivery

8. Limitation of Liability
PawEase™ is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Injury to animals or persons from product misuse
- Losses exceeding the value of the original purchase
Our products are designed for supervised use. Always observe your dog during initial NailEase™ sessions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on paweasehappypets.com — including text, images, logos, and product names — is owned by PawEase™ and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, United States.
For customers in the UK, EU, Canada, or Australia: this governing law clause does not remove your statutory consumer protection rights under your local laws, which remain in effect regardless of this provision.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
